Miei cari lettori,

Oggi ho il piacere di presentarvi l' intervista esclusiva alla giovane ed eclettica fotografa Xi Sinsong.

Non si può non rimanere rapiti dal suo stupendo lavoro, le sue foto ricche di grande fascino ed eleganza non lasciano indifferenti.

Le origini orientali dell'artista rendono la sua fotografia unica,  tutto è studiato nei minimi dettagli lasciando ampio spazio a magia e mistero.

Capelli fluttuanti in foto oniriche, vento avvolgente, sguardi malinconici, donne che rievocano la mitologia asiatica, luoghi e atmosfere misteriose...

E quando si pensa di aver visto tutto, Xi ci stupisce con una nuova fantastica creazione.

My dear followers,

Today I am pleased to present the exclusive interview to young and eclectic photographer Xi Sinsong.
It is impossible not to be kidnapped from her amazing work, its rich picture of great elegance and charm do not leave indifferent.
The Eastern origins of the artist makes her photography unique, everything is studied to the smallest detail, leaving ample room for magic and mystery.
Hair billowing in the wind, dream-like picture, melancholy eyes, wraparound women which evoke Asian mythology, places and mysterious atmosphere ...
And when you think you have seen everything, Xi amazes us with a new fantastic creation.

Tell us briefly of your life?

How old are you? where are you born? where do you live?

Parlaci brevemente della tua vita

quanti anni hai? dove sei nata? dove vivi?

I have walked the earth for a little past 23 years. Was brought to the world in a rural town in China. Currently I am living in New York.

As you work in your city?

What were the cities that have stimulated you on artistic level?

Come è lavorare nella tua città?

quali sono state le città che a livello artistico ti hanno stimolato maggiormente?

New York. I am based here but I work anywhere my client is willing to fly me to. And all the places where they have stored and stole my memories stimulate me, and all the imaginary cities where I have dreamt about.

What were your studies?

Quali sono stati i tuoi studi?

I studied visual arts. College majoring phorography.

How did your career in photography?

Come è iniziata la tua carriera nel campo della fotografia?

I am new, I have just began really stepping into photography.

What are the subjects you love more immortalized in your photographs, outside work?

Quali sono i soggetti che ami di più immortalare nelle tue fotografie al di fuori del lavoro?

I enjoy anything that moves and stimulates me. Be it arts, life experiences, a person, a plant, a cloud.

What are the most important collaborations?

I treasure all the important collaborators and dear friends I have met through my course of exploration with camera and teams. To name anything specifically, my collaboration with InAisce, and make up artist Misha Shahzada, as well as stylist Emily Bess.
